We are really looking forward to meeting you at the U.S. Consulate between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 1! Your names have been added to the Town Hall Fair guest list. Please bring your US passport to the event so we can verify your identity upon entry. If you are accompanying a U.S Citizen, please bring a government-issued photo id. We ask that you please enter through the Consular (Visa) entrance at the corner nearest the Trident Hotel. We will have signs posted to help guide you. Cell phones are allowed, but for security reasons we ask that you do not use them to take photos during the event. We will have a roving photographer taking photos that will be available for free on Flickr and Tumblr after the event. Please do not bring any other electronic items, such as electronic car door openers, tablet computers, etc. Lighters and smoking material is also prohibited. There are no storage lockers available for this event. If you are driving up for the event, there is a garage near the Consulate (behind the Trident Hotel), that offers paid parking. Street parking is also available in the vicinity. Food and drinks will be sold at the event. TH Bakes will offer cookies and cakes, and a Consulate vendor will be selling popcorn, hot dogs, ice cream, and more! Tea, water, and soft drinks will also be available. A variety of children’s activities are planned. Finally, if you wish to apply for a passport or extra visa pages at the party, please carry the relevant form(s) duly filled, the photograph and demand drafts for the application and courier fees. Please look up for complete details. If you’d like assistance in requesting an absentee ballot for the U.S. mid-term elections, please remember to bring your U.S. Social Security number and the address of your last residence in the United States.
