Nothing was right. Pathetic. 1. At checkin I was told to wait since the person a the reception was new and his manager was having lunch. Having waited 10 - 15 minutes I was checked in. 2. When I entered the room it was smelling of smoke. On asking specifically for a non smoking room, I was told that all rooms are non smoking but they had ash trays. They changed my room. 3. I checked-in and left for the day. On returning in the night I saw 2-3 cockroaches hovering in the room and near the bed. Pictures posted. On searching for more cockroaches, I also found condom lying around in the room. Pictures posted. They changed my room again at 12 midnight. 4. The next room I entered had torn curtains, stained walls. Bad quality and old linen. Now I gave up since I was tired and went off to sleep. Will be reporting all this to the management next day. Since I have booked for 3 days have no choice but will need to put up with this crap of unhygienic and shabbily kept hotel.location is good, it cheap but come here only if u can tolerate all of the above.
